This page explains how Prehearse handles website, demo, and invited pilot workspace data.
What we collect
We collect the information you submit directly, including account details, company details, rehearsal inputs, exported documents, and support requests.
We also collect basic product and website telemetry needed to operate the service, understand demand, and improve reliability.
How we use data
We use submitted announcement material, uploaded documents, and generated artifacts to run rehearsals, present outputs, and support invited pilots.
We may use analytics and operational logs to measure product usage, diagnose failures, and improve the quality of the Forge engine and the public website.
AI and processing
Prehearse uses AI systems to help construct scenario briefs, stakeholder models, persona packs, simulation outputs, and boardroom-ready memos.
Public demos are curated historical benchmark materials. Pilot data is processed to provide the requested rehearsal, not to make unsupported claims about real-world certainty.
Retention and access
We retain account records, rehearsal artifacts, and support correspondence for as long as needed to operate pilot workspaces, satisfy contractual commitments, and maintain reasonable auditability.
If you need an update, export, or deletion request for your pilot workspace data, contact the team and we will review the request against security, legal, and contractual obligations.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential session cookies plus lightweight analytics tooling to understand traffic, page performance, and demo engagement.
We avoid exposing internal model or cost metadata on public pages. Public pages are meant to explain the offer, not disclose internal implementation details.
Jurisdiction and contact
Prehearse is operated by Uptrail. We aim to handle personal information in line with applicable Australian privacy obligations and other reasonable enterprise expectations for pilot software and services.
