Terms
These terms cover the public website, demo library, and invited pilot workspace use.
Use of the website and demos
The public website and demo library are provided to explain Prehearse and show historical benchmark rehearsals. They are not legal advice, investment advice, or a promise of real-world accuracy.
You may view, share, and discuss public demo pages for evaluation purposes, but you may not misrepresent them as live production outputs from your own organisation.
Pilot workspace terms
Invited pilot accounts are for authorised users only. Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked if it is used outside the agreed pilot scope or in a way that creates security, legal, or abuse risk.
Rehearsal outputs are analytical materials to support communications judgment. They should be reviewed by humans and used with domain context, not treated as an automatic decision-maker.
Acceptable use
You must not use Prehearse to submit unlawful content, abusive content, personal data you do not have the right to process, or material intended to harass, defame, or impersonate others.
You must not attempt to scrape protected workspaces, bypass access controls, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or interfere with the platform’s availability.
Intellectual property
Prehearse, the public demos, the website, and the underlying Forge engine remain the property of Uptrail or its licensors except where separate written pilot terms say otherwise.
You retain rights to the material you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to process it, operate the service, and store the resulting pilot artifacts.
Liability and scope
Prehearse is provided on an as-available basis. We aim to operate it carefully, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, or perfect alignment with future real-world events.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service period or, where no fees have been paid, a reasonable nominal amount.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless separate signed pilot terms replace them.
Questions about these terms can be sent to mitsi@prehearse.ai.
